Who We Are

The idea began with a simple challenge: create a more efficient way to train the entire body, anywhere, anytime, without sacrificing performance.
Over the years, that challenge brought together perspectives from professional athletes, Hall of Fame-level performance coaches, trainers, models, architects, entrepreneurs, and wellness professionals. Each brought a different understanding of movement, design, performance, and everyday life.
Through years of collaborative thinking, research, prototypes, testing, and refinement, one principle remained constant: fitness equipment should adapt to the person, not the other way around.
Traditional resistance bands offered versatility, but we saw an opportunity to create something more complete. The result was a single, portable training system designed to transition seamlessly from mobility and activation to strength, conditioning, performance, and recovery.
What started as an idea evolved through countless conversations, experiments, successes, failures, and contributions from people who believed there was a better way to move.
Today, Total Body Band x THERABAND represents more than a piece of fitness equipment. It represents what can happen when different minds, experiences, and disciplines work together toward one purpose: making effective training simpler, smarter, and accessible wherever life takes you.
